Return and Refund Policy

At Modern-Maven, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please review the conditions and procedures outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Return Address: You will receive the return address after contacting customer support and confirming your proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a reliable courier service and provide us with the tracking number once the item has been shipped.
  • There is no restocking fee .

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, excluding delivery costs.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise arranged. There are no additional fees for refunds.

Faulty Product Complaints:

If your item is defective, you may file a complaint and request one of the following:

  • Replacement with a defect-free item
  • Defect removal
  • Price reduction

You can submit a complaint within one year of discovering the defect, as long as the warranty has not expired. Complaints will be addressed within 30 days of receiving your notification.
